· Handling client/ user interaction for requirement gathering, risk assessment and discussions for effort, cost and time estimation
· Monitoring project progress and guiding teams technically ensuring the quality and timeliness of the deliverables
· Mentoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets
· Executing software development systems in the organization and involving in the design and development of various projects
· Formulating strategic plans to enhance profitability & revenue wherein involved in spearheading turnaround initiatives
· Planning project activities viz. scoping, estimation, tracking, change management, delivery management & post implementation support
· Understanding client needs, requirements and expectations and devising solutions accordingly
· Extending high-end technical support on various Servers and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through prompt re-dressal of their problems
· Analysing project requirements and reviewing all the project proposals wherein mapping requirements of manpower/materials resources in which ensuring cost effective execution as per schedule
· Handling customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms
