As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for our products, from conception through to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to ensure a user-centered design process. By contributing to the product’s strategic direction and creating intuitive user flows, you will help enhance both the user experience and the commercial success of digital channels.

2. Strategic Contribution. Influence strategic decisions around product design and the future direction of our offerings, ensuring alignment with the company’s design strategy and business goals.
3. End-to-End Design Ownership. Design and deliver seamless user flows and digital-first experiences within established design systems and standards.
4. Drive Commercial Impact. Create innovative and complex designs that contribute to increased user engagement and drive tangible commercial outcomes.
5. Process Improvement. Implement continuous improvement strategies to refine the design team's processes, ensuring consistency and quality across design squads.
6. Collaborative Culture. Foster strong internal relationships and promote a culture of design excellence, advocating for user-centered approaches across teams.
7. Customer Advocacy. Ensure that all designs and solutions address real customer needs and provide value by overseeing and guiding design efforts within squads.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Visual Design Mastery. Strong knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
2. Interaction Design Expertise. Proficient understanding of interaction design principles to ensure user-friendly interfaces.
3. UX Process & Principles. In-depth understanding of user experience design processes, from research to testing and iteration.
4. Prototyping Skills. Ability to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate the look and feel of the interface.
5. Proficiency in Design Tools. Strong experience with industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
