As a Training Lead, you will be instrumental in designing and managing organization-wide training and capability building programs, focusing on the Hire to Retire process and Employee Benefits.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Strategize, Implement, and Manage Programs. Develop and execute capability building programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate Across Teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines for initiatives.
- Optimize ROI. Manage programs with a focus on achieving optimal return-on-investment.
- Vendor Management. Oversee vendors and procurement processes for training programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Manage stakeholders and ensure delivery against business goals.
- Project Oversight. Plan, monitor, and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- Risk Management. Identify and address program risks, producing reports for management.
Certifications and Assessments
- Education. Graduate degree required.
Knowledge
- Must Have. Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills. Proficiency in program management techniques, performance evaluation, and change management principles. Excellent MS Office skills.
