We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead the testing efforts for our Accounting and Reporting workstream. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management, particularly within the finance or insurance domain, and possess hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, automation frameworks, and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Test Strategies

• Design and implement robust test strategies for various modules, including Reporting, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounting Model, IFRS17, Actuarial, Insurance, Reinsurance, Investment, Payroll, Procurement, Expense Allocation, and Consolidation.

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring the timely delivery of all testing activities within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to align on testing requirements and objectives.

Test Execution & Integration

• Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Manage integration testing processes involving Azure Databricks Data Repository.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure comprehensive testing across all modules to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring their resolution.

Automation Implementation

• Establish and manage test automation frameworks utilizing Selenium, Java, and Python.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular updates on testing progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices in testing.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Manager, with a preference for candidates from finance or insurance domains.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing technical projects in data-driven environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and its modules.
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks and data integration processes.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium, Java, and Python.
• Solid understanding of testing best practices and methodologies.
