PureSoftware is looking for a skilled and experienced professional to provide operational support for Oracle Health customers' Citrix environments. This role requires someone with strong technical expertise in both Citrix and Windows operating systems, as well as experience in cloud infrastructure environments (OCI, AWS, or Azure). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while supporting various customer service requests and managing system updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support. Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Health customer Citrix environments to ensure smooth operations.
- Tech Currency & Upgrades. Perform regular tech currency and upgrades to maintain system efficiency and security.
- Customer Service Requests. Address and resolve various customer service requests with timely and effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration. Work closely with project managers and other technical teams to address issues and deliver solutions effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Expertise. Experience with Citrix environments and Windows Operating Systems is essential.
- Cloud Infrastructure. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure is an added advantage.
- Teamwork. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Problem Solving. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Citrix and Windows environments, ideally within a customer-focused support role.
