PhonePe is looking for a Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce development and leadership to drive the success of Salesforce projects within the company. As part of the team, you will design scalable, flexible, and maintainable Salesforce applications, mentor junior developers, and play a key role in implementing Salesforce solutions that align with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration & Requirement Gathering. Work with business and product teams to understand needs and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Architecture & Design. Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce applications, ensuring robust, scalable, and flexible implementations.
- Customization & Configuration. Oversee customization of Salesforce components, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Project Management. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Code Reviews & Quality Assurance. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality solutions, ensuring consistency and integrity in Salesforce applications.
- Continuous Learning. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Educational Background. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience. 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 years in Salesforce administration, development, and project leadership.
- Certifications. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Integration, Application, or System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Administrator, are highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise. Proficient in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, Process Builder, and Salesforce architecture. Strong understanding of customization, integration, and data migration within Salesforce.
- Agile Methodology. Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban Agile SDLC methodologies.
- Communication Skills. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills. Ability to creatively address complex business challenges using Salesforce technology.
