You will also mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment for RPA innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. RPA Development & Testing. Lead the design, development, and testing of automation workflows while ensuring the smooth implementation of RPA solutions.
2. Collaboration with Stakeholders. Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize processes that are suitable for automation using RPA technologies.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization. Continuously monitor the performance of deployed RPA bots, identifying areas for optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Business Requirement Translation. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust automation solutions.
5. Standardization of Business Processes. Drive the standardization of business processes across multiple business lines, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficiency.
6. Process Re-engineering. Identify gaps in current business processes and recommend improvements or re-engineering before automation deployment.
7. Compliance & Best Practices. Adhere to established client standards for automation development, including coding best practices, security protocols, and compliance with organizational policies.
8. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing. Understand business requirements and document them clearly for RPA engineers, ensuring optimal deployment of automation solutions.
9. User Training. Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to interact effectively with RPA solutions.
10. Engagement with Business Teams. Collaborate with business teams to document process details and assist in the successful implementation of automation solutions.

Qualifications

1. Education. A four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence will also be considered.
2. Experience. 7-10 years of experience in areas such as computer programming, agile development, or a related field, with a focus on automation and RPA solutions.

Preferred Certifications

• Certifications in relevant programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

1. Agile Methodology. Strong understanding of agile principles and experience in leading agile development processes.
2. Programming Languages. Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and other programming languages relevant to automation.
3. Cloud Platforms. Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and related cloud technologies.
4. Machine Learning & AI. Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning technologies like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP.
5. Automation Tools & Big Data. Expertise in automation technologies, big data tools, and frameworks like Apache Spark.
