We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong foundation in Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and third-party integrations. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that align with our clients' business goals and technology strategies. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery, from requirement gathering to post-deployment support.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Analyze client needs and project requirements to design and develop effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Build and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, and standard ServiceNow scripting (UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.).
- Develop and manage complex ServiceNow integrations with external third-party platforms and systems.
- Apply your expertise in ITIL processes to create efficient, scalable workflows aligned with ITSM and ITOM best practices.
- Lead or support UAT sessions and production rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality delivery.
- Work on technical solutioning, POCs, and feasibility assessments to validate design approaches and technologies.
- Participate in defining design methodologies, development frameworks, and reusable components.
- Guide and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and adherence to best practices in code quality, documentation, and testing.
- Own the technical estimation process (WBS and effort estimation) and justify decisions with data-driven rationale.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements for performance optimization.
- Provide constructive feedback and technical leadership, encouraging a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and system integrations.
- Strong grasp of ServiceNow integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs, and a proven track record of working with third-party systems.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS, especially in the context of the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep understanding of ITIL principles and processes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Experience working with Agile teams and delivering iterative value through sprints and milestones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
- Proven leadership in mentoring junior developers, code reviews, troubleshooting, and driving innovation.
