We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior System Analyst / Module Leader with expertise in Dot Net technologies to join our dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background in full-stack development and experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications in the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the Dot Net technology stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and project requirements.
• Develop and implement Restful APIs, web services, and ASP.NET applications.
• Ensure the integration of front-end technologies with back-end services, utilizing C#, JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Angular, ReactJS), and MVC.
• Leverage cloud-based platforms such as Azure to build and manage applications, including DevOps pipelines and Function Apps.
• Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies, including Scrum, with an emphasis on rapid iteration and feedback loops.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team.
• Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and optimization efforts for database operations using LINQ, Entity Framework, and other ORM tools.
• Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in the financial services domain.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong command of Dot Net technologies, including Dot Net Core, Restful API, ASP.Net.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development, including frameworks like C#, JavaScript (jQuery, Angular, ReactJS), LINQ, Entity Framework, MVC.
• Strong experience working with Cloud Platforms (Azure) and exposure to DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with architecture styles and APIs (REST, RPC).
• Good understanding of ORM tools and database operations using Entity Framework.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of agile/scrum development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
