We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineering Manager with a robust technical background in React, Golang, or Java. The ideal candidate will possess strong coding skills and a passion for mentoring a team to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role emphasizes independent management of engineering squads, focusing on microservices and cloud-native architecture. Exposure to AWS is highly desirable. Experience. 10 to 18 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Provide technical guidance, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
2. Full Stack Development. Engage in hands-on coding with ReactJS, Golang, or Java to contribute directly to project deliverables. Set an example by demonstrating best practices in coding, design, and testing.
3. Microservices and Cloud-Native Architecture. Design, implement, and maintain a microservices architecture to support scalable and resilient applications. Utilize cloud-native technologies and principles to build efficient systems.
4. Squad Management. Independently manage engineering squads, fostering effective collaboration to meet project goals. Promote a positive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
6. Technology Stack Expertise. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating and introducing new tools to enhance the development process.

Mandatory Skillset

• Proven experience in software engineering and leadership roles.
• Expertise in ReactJS, Golang, or Java with a solid coding background.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skillset

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Previous experience in managing and leading engineering teams.
• AWS certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects.
