We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce and related technologies to join our dynamic team at Tech Mahindra. This role requires a professional with a proven track record of 4 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce Development (SFDC), specifically with hands-on knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions. Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical project managers to execute tasks and meet project goals independently.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Create and manage complex custom applications and workflows that meet business requirements.
• Work with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, including contract creation, execution, and sending for signatures. Understand and configure features like Conga Composer, Conga Orchestrate, Conga Trigger, and Conga Queries.
• Manage the Agreement Management, Template Management, and Document Management processes within Salesforce, ensuring smooth integration with the Conga CLM platform.
• Handle Salesforce integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between Salesforce and external systems. Also, integrate Conga CLM APIs for enhanced functionality.
• Use tools like Data Loader for data migration, ensuring data integrity and smooth transitions during system upgrades or platform migrations.
• Leverage Salesforce’s declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Lightning Builder) to streamline processes and reduce the need for custom code.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions across the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce development, including extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework (Aura and LWC).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including Conga Composer, Conga Orchestrate, Conga Trigger, Conga Queries, and X-Author (Word and Excel) for document generation and management.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript, particularly in developing applications using the LWC framework to build custom components and enhance user interfaces.
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs for Salesforce integrations, as well as Conga CLM APIs for seamless integration with external systems.
• Proven experience with Data Migration using Data Loader and knowledge of Salesforce Data Management best practices.
• Expertise in using Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows and Lightning Builder to automate business processes without extensive coding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to troubleshoot complex issues within the Salesforce environment.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team, managing deliverables while coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning features and advanced customization is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for task management and tracking.
