We are seeking an accomplished Senior Salesforce Developer to become a key member of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 4.5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in system integrations. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive our business operations and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Custom Development. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
2. Technical Leadership. Lead technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including system integrations with external applications and platforms.
3. Requirement Analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
4. Salesforce Configuration. Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other Salesforce configurations to meet business needs.
5. Scalability and Security. Ensure Salesforce applications are scalable, secure, and performant, adhering to best practices.
6. Mentorship. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members, fostering skill development and best practices.
7. Industry Trends. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the team.
8. Issue Resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations efficiently.
9. Code Reviews. Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to development standards.
10. Documentation. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions and integrations.

Qualifications

1. Experience. Minimum of 4.5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
2. Technical Skills. Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce administration.
3. Integrations. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
4. Salesforce Knowledge. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
5. Deployment Tools. Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.
6. Certifications. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
7. Problem-Solving. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
8. Communication. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
