Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Development. Create custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
2. Technical Leadership. Lead Salesforce implementations, including integrations with various systems and applications.
3. Requirements Gathering. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
4. Configuration and Maintenance. Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other Salesforce configurations.
5. Performance Optimization. Ensure scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.
6. Mentorship. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
7. Continuous Learning. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
8. Issue Resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations.

Qualifications
