We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while leading a team of developers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is utilized to its full potential and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Lead the development of Salesforce applications, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and reusability.
• Implement automation tools like Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Data Migration, and Data Loader to streamline business processes.
• Develop and manage Salesforce Flows to automate business processes effectively.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, understand their needs, and deliver technology solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Lead and facilitate business process analysis sessions with clients and internal teams to create tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Provide effort estimation, design solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
• Lead and mentor a multi-member team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews for junior team members, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Promote best implementation practices within the Salesforce platform, ensuring high-quality code and efficient development processes.
• Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and overall success.
• Guide teams through project milestones and work closely with clients to ensure that expectations are met or exceeded.
• Willingness to travel abroad for short-term or long-term assignments, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools such as Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Data Migration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows is preferred.
• Strong experience leading a team of developers, managing client relationships, and delivering projects from start to finish.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver solutions that align with business needs.

Certifications & Best Practices

• Salesforce Certifications are required to demonstrate expertise and knowledge of the platform.
• Awareness of Salesforce best implementation practices and ability to guide teams on code quality and architecture.

Additional Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback.
