As a Senior Python Developer on this project, you will play a pivotal role in developing the back-end systems of the new platform. 

Responsibilities

1. Backend Development. Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-performance back-end systems using Python and the Flask framework.
2. Technical Documentation. Prepare detailed technical documentation to ensure smooth communication and maintainability of the codebase.
3. Coding Best Practices. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
4. Collaboration and Leadership. Work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
5. Testing and Debugging. Continuously test and debug your code to ensure it meets quality standards and works efficiently across different environments.
6. Agile Methodology. Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and help the team stay aligned with the project’s objectives and timelines.

Requirements

1. Python Expertise. Solid experience as a Python Developer with a deep understanding of Python frameworks, particularly Flask.
2. Proficiency with Key Technologies. Expertise in Flask, Celery, and SQLAlchemy, with practical experience in building robust back-end systems.
3. Cloud Knowledge. Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and experience in deploying applications to the cloud.
4. REST APIs. Experience in designing, implementing, and consuming REST APIs to integrate various services and components.
5. SCRUM Experience. Practical knowledge of the SCRUM framework and experience working in Agile teams.
6. English Skills. A solid command of English at B2 level or higher, enabling you to communicate effectively with international teams.
7. Problem-Solving Ability. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
