We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with specific experience in the Over-The-Top (OTT) media domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in developing scalable, high-performance applications using .NET and .NET Core, with proficiency in MongoDB and other NoSQL databases. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications that support our media operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development. Design, implement, and maintain .NET and .NET Core applications, including web applications, APIs, and microservices.
2. Database Management. Develop and manage MongoDB databases, focusing on data modeling, migration, and analytics.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to align solutions with business requirements.
4. Technical Troubleshooting. Identify and resolve technical issues related to .NET and MongoDB applications, optimizing performance and security.
5. Continuous Learning. Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, new features, and best practices.
6. Documentation. Create and maintain technical documentation, including API guides and knowledge base articles.
7. Security Implementation. Participate in designing security measures such as authentication, authorization, and encryption.
8. DevOps Collaboration. Work with the DevOps team to ensure effective deployment and monitoring of applications in production.
9. Upgrade Planning. Assist in planning and implementing application upgrades and migrations.
10. Compliance. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in collaboration with IT management.

Requirements

1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience. Minimum 7 years in .NET development, with a focus on .NET Core and MongoDB.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong expertise in .NET Core (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Azure Functions).
• Experience with MongoDB (data modeling, migration, analytics).
• Understanding of .NET security principles and performance optimization techniques.
• Development Tools. Familiarity with Visual Studio, Resharper, NuGet, Git, and SVN.
• CI/CD. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Soft Skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.

Media Domain Requirements

1. OTT Experience. Proven experience with media software applications (video/audio streaming, media management).
2. Industry Standards. Familiarity with standards like HLS, DASH, and H.264.
3. Data Analytics. Experience in media data analytics, reporting, data warehousing, and ETL.
4. Business Understanding. Strong knowledge of media business processes, including content creation and delivery.
5. Security Compliance. Experience with media security practices, including DRM and content protection.
