Responsibilities

  1. Content Strategy & Programming. Craft compelling content strategies tailored to diverse audience preferences. Curate and schedule content to maximize engagement and retention on the XstreamPlay app.
  2. Marketing Initiatives. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote content offerings. Drive user acquisition, engagement, and subscription growth through targeted initiatives.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Foster collaboration across teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with strategic objectives. Liaise with content creators, marketing teams, and technical specialists to optimize content delivery and user experience.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making. Leverage analytics tools to glean insights into user behavior and content performance. Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance user satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  5. Iterative Testing & Optimization. Establish a culture of continuous improvement by implementing iterative testing and optimization methodologies. Monitor campaign performance metrics and refine strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  6. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities. Identify untapped niches and content trends to capitalize on market dynamics and strengthen platform viewership.
