As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in driving product development and integration processes, managing proposals, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards. Your leadership will guide project execution, help mitigate risks, and contribute to strategy discussions, ensuring that the first-time-right approach is followed throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Vehicle Integration. Oversee all vehicle integration activities for multiple platforms (LCV, ICV, HCV, and Buses), ensuring seamless coordination and execution across all stages.
2. TCP Management. Ensure the Time, Cost, and Performance (TCP) targets for products are met across all platforms, keeping projects on track and within budget.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders. Align with internal teams, COEs, and external stakeholders to ensure that vehicle integration requirements are met efficiently.
4. Proposal Preparation. Prepare and present multiple proposals, including detailed pros/cons matrix for each proposal to assist in decision-making.
5. Risk Mitigation & Decision Making. Make quick, informed decisions based on anticipated risks, and prepare mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution.
6. First-Time Right Approach. Drive a first-time-right approach in all vehicle integration activities, reducing errors and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
7. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration (CFT). Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to ensure flawless project delivery and alignment with other teams.
8. Strategy Participation. Contribute to aggregate strategy discussions, offering insights and recommendations to improve project planning and execution.
9. Documentation & Tracking. Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, track progress, and manage timely deliveries.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Technical Expertise. Solid understanding of vehicle integration across multiple platforms (LCV, ICV, HCV, Buses), including the TCP (Time, Cost, and Performance) aspects of product development.
2. Collaboration & Leadership. Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
3. Risk Management. Strong decision-making skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks and developing mitigation plans during the product lifecycle.
4. Proposal & Presentation Skills. Experience in preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and articulating the pros and cons of different approaches.
5. Communication Skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
6. CFT Experience. Experience working in a Cross-Functional Team (CFT) environment with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free projects.
7. Result-Oriented. Focused on execution excellence with a strong orientation towards achieving project goals on time and within budget.
8. Documentation & Tracking. Ability to manage documentation and project tracking to ensure timely and accurate project deliveries.
