As a Deployment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing the deployment of technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment activities, maintaining the quality and performance of deployed solutions, and providing support and training to end-users. You will be instrumental in resolving deployment challenges and ensuring that all activities align with organizational policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Functional Coordination. Work closely with IT, operations, and business units to ensure smooth deployment activities and stakeholder satisfaction.
2. Quality and Performance Management. Oversee the quality, performance, and security of deployed solutions, including performing regular backups, updates, and patching.
3. Issue Resolution. Identify and address any issues during deployment, such as database performance, data quality, or integration errors.
4. Communication. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
5. Compliance and Standards. Ensure deployment activities meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
6. Documentation. Prepare and maintain comprehensive deployment documentation, including project plans, status reports, data dictionaries, and post-deployment reviews.
7. Training and Support. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to facilitate successful adoption of deployed solutions.
8. Process Improvement. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance deployment efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technology Stack

1. Cloud Platforms. Experience with Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud.
2. Database Management. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems such as MySQL, Postgres, Redshift, Snowflake, and SQL Server.
3. CI/CD. Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices, with experience using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
