As a Lead Data Specialist on the ML Data Ops team at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer search experience by delivering high-quality data annotation to improve AI/ML models. Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis. Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover patterns, root causes, and potential solutions using analytical tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data analysis aligns with business goals and drives strategic decisions.

Basic Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Language Proficiency. Fluent in French (B2.2/BA/Advanced Diploma or equivalent).
- Technical Skills. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
- Communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python scripting, and machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as 5Ys, 7 QC, and F.M.E.A.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail.
