TCS is seeking experienced Salesforce Professionals to join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects and lead development initiatives in a collaborative environment.
Experience. 8 to 12 years
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Lightning Web Component Development. Leverage a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in developing custom components using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customization Evaluation. Analyze existing customizations in Salesforce Classic and determine their necessity for migration to the Lightning environment.
- Migration Strategy. Create a prioritized list of custom components for migration to Lightning Web Components, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Code Analysis. Utilize code analysis tools to evaluate custom code efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Scalable Design Solutions. Design solutions based on configuration principles and Out-of-the-Box (OOB) features to enhance organizational scalability.
- Automation Implementation. Employ Lightning Flows to automate processing needs and streamline workflows.
- Technical Debt Management. Identify and implement strategies to reduce technical debt within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
- Salesforce Project Lifecycle. A thorough understanding of the Salesforce.com project lifecycle is highly desirable.
- Code Review & Documentation. Experience in reviewing and documenting code to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Source Control Knowledge. Familiarity with source control systems is a plus.
