We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to help us design, implement, support, and maintain complex enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud and Financial Cloud, as well as a deep understanding of automation using Salesforce tools such as Flows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Implementation. Design, develop, and implement robust solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on the Experience Cloud.
2. CPQ Expertise. Leverage your expertise in CPQ to optimize quote management and pricing strategies.
3. Automation & Integration. Automate business processes using Salesforce tools and integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft to ensure seamless data flow.
4. User Experience. Implement and maintain a responsive and user-friendly Experience Cloud interface.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide technical expertise, ensuring that solutions align with business needs.
6. Security & Access Management. Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce security and access architecture to protect sensitive information.
7. Continuous Learning. Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices to ensure the most effective use of the platform.

Requirements

1. Experience. Minimum of 8 years in Salesforce administration, with a strong focus on CPQ and related Salesforce modules.
2. Technical Skills. Proficient in Salesforce Core, with expertise in CPQ, OMS (Order Management System), or Amazon Connect.
3. Automation Knowledge. Experience in automation processes using Salesforce Flows.
4. Integration Skills. Familiarity with integration processes using MuleSoft.
5. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills. Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
