As a Sales Operations Analyst at LinkedIn, you'll partner with senior sales executives to address key strategic topics within the sales organization. Your role is vital in driving revenue growth and enhancing sales productivity while delivering customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning. Develop recommendations on decision-making projects that influence LinkedIn’s go-to-market model.
- Data-Driven Insights. Use data analytics to drive strategic planning processes, including forecasting, customer segmentation, and territory planning.
- Performance Tracking. Monitor business performance, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to inform sales leadership on forecasting.
- Operational Processes. Improve sales organization processes such as quota management, CRM/data management, and report/dashboard development.

Qualifications
- Education. BA/BS degree.
- Experience. 1+ years in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical role.
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint; experience working with SQL.

- Communication. Strong presentation skills, especially to senior executives.
