You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various channels while maintaining a strong network and staying updated with industry trends.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Experience. Graduate with at least 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in non-IT hiring.
2. Job Portals. Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed for bulk and lateral hiring.
3. Technical Skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong network within the industry.
5. Personal Traits. Willing to learn, adaptable to changes, confident, and possesses a positive attitude.

Job Role

1. Recruitment Planning. Understand job descriptions and prepare effective recruitment plans accordingly.
2. Job Postings. List job openings on job portals, social media, corporate career websites, and other relevant channels.
3. Budget Management. Adhere to the assigned hiring budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
4. Hiring TATs. Maintain agreed hiring and onboarding turnaround times (TATs).
5. Network Building. Continuously work on building a strong network and pipeline for bulk hiring.
6. Reference Checks. Conduct reference checks for specified hires as per organizational requirements.
7. Database Management. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates and various sourcing channels.
8. Industry Trends. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into recruitment strategies.
9. Interview Scheduling. Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
