Virtusa is seeking a React Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is focused on creating high-quality, user-facing features using React.js and Redux. As a part of our engineering team, you’ll be tasked with developing responsive, scalable, and efficient web applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing User-Facing Features. Implement new features and functionalities using React.js that provide seamless, high-quality experiences.
2. Component & Library Development. Build reusable components and front-end libraries that can be leveraged in future projects.
3. UI/UX Design. Translate wireframes and user stories into clean, scalable, and maintainable code, ensuring fantastic UI/UX design.
4. API Integration. Integrate applications with third-party and cloud APIs to enhance app functionality and data interactions.
5. Performance Optimization. Continuously profile and optimize front-end performance to ensure high-speed and smooth interactions.
6. Scalable Architecture. Design applications and systems to be scalable and maintainable, while adhering to coding best practices and standards.

Required Skills

1. React.js Expertise. Proficiency in React.js for building high-quality, responsive, and dynamic front-end components.
2. Redux/Flux. Strong knowledge of Redux (or Flux) for managing application state efficiently.
3. JavaScript (ES6+). Expertise in JavaScript (ES6 and beyond) for building modern, optimized, and maintainable code.
4. UI Development. Strong skills in developing modern user interfaces with an emphasis on clean and intuitive design.
5. Collaboration. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment, ensuring smooth communication and teamwork.
