Job Description

The role aims to oversee project delivery, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include.

Delivery Management

  • Ensure smooth project delivery, adhering to schedule, quality, and cost parameters.
  • Establish an optimal project delivery structure considering budget, risks, and staffing needs.
  • Create and adhere to project charters and SLAs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and address audit findings to maintain compliance and minimize deviations.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to maintain project health.

Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews to gather feedback and improve delivery processes.
  • Plan and conduct business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Delivery Governance

  • Develop and maintain project performance reports to track overall progress.
  • Conduct reviews to identify and address operational, quality, and fulfillment issues.
  • Escalate deviations from project charters to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor revenue allocations to prevent revenue leakage.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify automation opportunities to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Drive innovation initiatives to improve delivery speed and efficiency.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.

Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation

  • Forecast talent requirements and ensure the right supply chain.
  • Drive compliance with training and upskilling requirements.
  • Manage team resourcing, talent management, and performance.
  • Lead engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Stakeholder Interaction

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support project delivery and meet business objectives.
