We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the transition of 100+ roles from various countries to India. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on migrating end-to-end roles rather than just processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a comprehensive transition strategy, ensuring seamless integration across people, processes, and technology, and delivering on time with a collaborative and results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transition strategy, framework, and process milestones.
  • Establish governance structures to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Balance day-to-day operations with the strategic goals of various business line projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and functional domains, including Country MDs, Process Leads, India Leadership Team, Directors, and Regional Heads.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure clarity, build relationships, and address any concerns or requirements.
  • Implement quality controls, define and monitor project and jurisdictional KPIs.
  • Enhance execution efficiency through systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Document all aspects of the transition process, including plans, decisions, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in project and change management, ideally within the BFSI, Compliance, or Legal domains.
  • Experience in migrating roles from EMEA and Americas regions is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
  • AGILE certified, Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Skills

  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail.

Additional Competencies

  • Experience in developing user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for successful implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
