The Program Manager will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of the Renewed Program, improving processes, and managing top accounts. This role involves working cross-functionally, using data and metrics to drive improvements, and operating autonomously to meet goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new opportunities to drive the growth of the Renewed Program.
• Execute high-impact projects based on analysis of gaps and opportunities.
• Recruit, launch, and manage top Renewed Accounts.
• Develop a deep understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in the Renewed Business Program.
• Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential sellers for pilot initiatives.
• Drive process improvements using data and metrics.
• Regularly connect with key stakeholders to review metrics and ensure goals are met.
• Set up processes to monitor and manage customer, seller, and business metrics.
• Drive forecasts and handle escalations effectively.
• Operate independently while managing complex projects and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience in new and existing account management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
