Key Responsibilities

1. Support Project Managers. Assist in managing the execution of multiple projects by tracking project actions, milestones, and timelines. Help identify potential roadblocks and work on their resolution.
2. Data Analysis. Perform in-depth data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Use tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
3. Process Improvement. Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization. Work with teams to recommend and implement changes that optimize operational efficiency.
4. Risk Management. Support the team by identifying and anticipating risks and contributing to mitigation strategies. Help manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track.
5. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams. Work with stakeholders from multiple business areas to ensure project requirements are aligned with business goals and timelines.
6. Contribute to Innovative Solutions. Assist in the development of creative, long-term solutions that improve operational processes and contribute to the overall growth of Amazon’s global network.
7. Project Management Skills. Gain valuable experience in project management and stakeholder engagement in a global, fast-paced environment. Learn how to manage complex projects, utilize project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, Asana), and track performance.

Basic Qualifications

1. Education. Currently pursuing a 2+ year university degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
2. Analytical Skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, macros) to manipulate and analyze data.
3. Communication Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Eligibility. You are eligible to complete a 3-6 month full-time internship as part of your university program.
5. Problem-Solving. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues proactively.
6. Curiosity & Proactivity. Demonstrate curiosity and the willingness to learn new skills and take on more responsibility as the internship progresses.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Project Management Tools. Previous experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Trello is a plus.
2. Work Experience. Previous internship or work experience (e.g., summer job) in a related field is advantageous but not required.
