Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Qualification. Evaluate and qualify leads according to predefined criteria to assess their potential and readiness for a sales conversation.
  2. Product Information. Deliver comprehensive presentations on Airtel IQ capabilities, products, and services to potential customers, addressing any initial inquiries or concerns they may have.
  3. Funnel Management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the sales funnel to ensure effective pipeline management.
  4. Collaboration. Work closely with sales, finance, and delivery teams to ensure the delivery of the right solutions to customers, fostering a culture of first-time-right approach.
  5. Market Research. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights to the product team for new product developments.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, lead qualification, in a contact center sales environment.
  • Prior experience with OEM solutions such as Genesys, Avaya, etc.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate technical products and services effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Dialer systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Motivated self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills.
