As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of translating our product strategy into impactful marketing execution. You’ll lead the charge in all B2B marketing activities for your designated product line, including the creation of battlecards, datasheets, videos, webinars, sales enablement assets, marketing campaigns, point of views, release notes, and case studies. Your role will be crucial in connecting our product’s unique value proposition with our buyers' needs and demonstrating how our solutions address their challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Go-to-Market Strategies. Craft comprehensive go-to-market plans for platforms/products, focusing on customer acquisition and retention for both large and SMB customers.
- Collaborate & Communicate. Work closely with product management and portfolio marketing teams to create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas.
- Conduct Market Research. Perform in-depth market research to understand buyer behavior, decision-making processes, and information sources.
- Competitive Analysis. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape, gaining expertise in competitor positioning and market trends.
- Asset Creation. Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm and develop high-quality marketing assets, demonstrating deep product and domain knowledge.
- Feature Planning. Understand and plan for feature releases across our integrated product suite.
- Evaluate Marketing Effectiveness. Continuously assess the impact of marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Sales Enablement. Support vertical and sales teams with objection handling documents and training on how our solutions address buyers' and users' pain points.
Skills & Experience
- Proven Expertise. Demonstrated experience in Product Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, or a similar B2B role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management. Strong ability to manage stakeholders in complex environments, with excellent communication skills.
- Content Development. Solid writing and content development skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Market Research & Analysis. Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Analytical Mindset. Strong quantitative skills and experience in ROI tracking to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Interpersonal Skills. Exceptional ability to interact with cross-functional teams and convey complex topics in a straightforward manner.
Qualifications
- Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, MBA preferred.
- Experience. 6+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B roles, 2-3 years of experience in the Life Sciences/Pharma/Healthcare industry preferred.
- Industry Knowledge. Familiarity with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing functions; understanding of Analytics and Data Management tools is a plus.
- Global Exposure. Experience working with global companies preferred.
