Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Strategy. Independently define and set the product vision and strategy with clear, measurable outcomes.
2. Team Optimization. Identify and assemble effective team combinations to optimize project delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and legal to launch products swiftly and refine them based on customer feedback.
4. Project Management. Drive clarity and progress on complex and ambiguous projects, ensuring successful execution.

Qualifications

1. Experience. 4-8 years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching multiple products with high velocity.
2. Product Strategy. Strong ability to define and identify product strategies that drive success.
3. Workflow Design. Experience in designing and automating workflows is a plus.
4. Technical Acumen. Sufficient technical skills to understand complexity and make informed technical trade-offs with developers and architects.
5. Communication. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
