As a Product Manager at Airtel Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next wave of digital products. You will work in a high-energy environment, collaborating with a team of industry experts to deliver innovative solutions. Your role involves setting a clear vision for products, driving their development, and ensuring they meet the needs of our 300 million customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Strategy. Define and communicate the product vision, set clear metrics, and align with business, product, and engineering teams.
2. Product Development. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including the launch of new products and features, testing their performance, and iterating for continuous improvement.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with UX, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to drive growth and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
4. Agile Management. Manage product features with varying complexity, oversee a single agile squad, and follow agile processes to track metrics and drive progress.
5. Efficiency & Problem Solving. Maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment, adapt processes as needed, and tackle complex problems creatively.
6. Market & Competitive Analysis. Assess market conditions, competition, and risks to inform product development and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

1. Education. Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduation or MBA preferred. Engineering background is a plus.
2. Experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in building and scaling consumer-facing products (apps/web) and leading digital product teams.
