Key Responsibilities

• Optimizing model performance, scalability, and efficiency to meet enterprise-grade AI system requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, model compression, synthetic data generation, and efficient model optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with leading ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Expertise in transformer-based architectures, including BERT, GPT, T5, Llama, and similar models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and experience with distributed computing.
• Strong foundation in machine learning principles, including statistics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
• Proven experience in deploying AI models in production, ensuring scalability, robustness, and efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with model distillation and compression techniques to optimize LLM performance.
• Expertise in synthetic data generation methodologies for improving model training and performance.
• Deep knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, guiding junior engineers and fostering innovation within the team.
