Key Responsibilities
- Optimizing model performance, scalability, and efficiency to meet enterprise-grade AI system requirements.
- Conducting rigorous experiments to evaluate model robustness, generalization, and effectiveness across diverse datasets and applications.

- Optimizing models through fine-tuning, distillation, and synthetic data generation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and deployment readiness.
- Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering innovation, and promoting technical excellence in AI and ML development.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, model compression, synthetic data generation, and efficient model optimization.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with leading ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Expertise in transformer-based architectures, including BERT, GPT, T5, Llama, and similar models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and experience with distributed computing.
- Strong foundation in machine learning principles, including statistics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Proven experience in deploying AI models in production, ensuring scalability, robustness, and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with model distillation and compression techniques to optimize LLM performance.
- Expertise in synthetic data generation methodologies for improving model training and performance.
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
