We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced integration expert with 13+ years of experience in software development and integration technologies.

Key Skills & Expertise

1. Integration Technologies. Extensive knowledge of tools like Software AG's WebMethods Microservice Runtime (MSR) and API Gateway, or equivalent integration platforms.
2. Microservice Architecture. Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing microservice architectures.
3. Integration Efficiency. Proven ability to analyze and enhance integration architectures for optimal scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
4. Development Experience. Deep hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and implementing integration solutions using WebMethods components or similar tools.
5. Best Practices. In-depth knowledge of integration best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.
6. Troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex integration issues using systematic analysis and root-cause investigation.
7. Collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business units and cross-functional teams.
8. Documentation. Exceptional ability to create comprehensive design, architecture, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

1. Code Excellence. Writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality, efficient, and secure code.
2. Technical Design. Translating client business use cases and technical requirements into elegant, scalable, and reliable technical designs.
3. Solution Mapping. Identifying and evaluating multiple solutions, selecting the most suitable option to meet client needs.
4. Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). Defining benchmarks and guidelines to address scalability, security, and performance during project execution.
5. Documentation. Preparing and reviewing detailed design documents, explaining the overall architecture, framework, and high-level application design for development teams.
6. Architecture Review. Conducting thorough reviews of application architecture and design, focusing on best practices related to extensibility, scalability, security, and user experience.
7. POCs and Technology Validation. Executing proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate that the proposed designs and technologies align with project requirements.
8. Integration Expertise. Understanding complex technology integration scenarios and applying those learnings effectively in projects.
9. Issue Resolution. Troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during code or design reviews, backed by thorough analysis and justification.
10. Technical Leadership. Providing technical guidance to developers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
