This role involves leading a talented team to innovate and implement advanced solutions that leverage speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies. You will work with state-of-the-art models like LLaMA3, Whisper, and Mistral to address real-world challenges in voice technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire a team of data scientists and engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Conduct regular code reviews and technical discussions to enhance team skills and project quality.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables for speech technology initiatives.

• Optimize existing models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead efforts in developing cutting-edge machine learning models, including LLaMA3, Whisper, and Mistral.

• Manage the collection, preprocessing, and storage of voice and speech data.
• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business analysts to ensure alignment on project goals and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in data science, with a focus on speech technologies.
• Proven experience leading data-driven projects in a collaborative environment.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of STT, TTS, and experience with advanced models like LLaMA3, Whisper, and Mistral.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong leadership qualities with a history of successfully managing teams and projects.
