We are looking for a talented Power Platform Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative developer to design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, enhancing digital workflows and driving business efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop. Create custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps that meet business needs and optimize digital workflows.
• Workflow Automation. Build and manage automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
• Data Integration. Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with various data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, IBMI db2, and other databases.
• Custom Connectors. Develop and maintain custom connectors to integrate solutions with external APIs and third-party services.
• Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications that align with business objectives.
• Troubleshooting. Provide timely troubleshooting and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
• Documentation. Document workflows, development processes, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Continuous Learning. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices to bring innovation to your solutions.
• RPA Projects. Assist in automation projects using Power Automate Desktop, UI Path, and Blue Prism to improve operational efficiency.
• Compliance. Ensure that all solutions comply with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience. 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate.
3. Microsoft 365 & Azure. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure services with experience in integrating them into Power Platform solutions.
4. Integration Expertise. Proficiency in creating custom connectors and integrating Power Apps with various data sources.
5. RPA Skills. Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UI Path, or Blue Prism is highly desirable.
6. Problem-Solving & Detail-Oriented. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
7. Communication & Collaboration. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
8. Adaptability & Proactivity. Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously enhance your skills and solutions.

Preferred Skills

1. API Integration. Experience in API integration and developing custom connectors.
2. Agile Development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects.
3. Documentation. Strong documentation skills for creating technical specifications and user guides.
4. Data Security Knowledge. Understanding of data security and privacy regulations and best practices.
