Key Responsibilities
Power Apps Development
- Design, build, and deploy custom Power Apps, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portal apps, using Power Apps Studio.
- Optimize Power Apps for usability, scalability, and performance while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
Power Automate Development
- Develop and maintain complex Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) workflows, incorporating automation, approval processes, and seamless data integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map out business processes and translate them into automated workflows using Power Automate.
Collaboration and Testing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Power Apps and Power Automate flows to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in peer reviews to maintain code quality and functionality across projects.
Documentation and Maintenance
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including development guides, workflow diagrams, and troubleshooting notes.
- Provide ongoing support and updates for deployed Power Apps and workflows, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.
Continuous Learning
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including new features, updates, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience. Minimum of 2+ years in designing and developing custom Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
- Technical Proficiency. In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Development Skills. Hands-on experience with Power Apps Studio, including building canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portal apps.
- Workflow Expertise. Strong understanding of creating automated workflows and approval processes using Power Automate.
- Data Management. Familiarity with data models, data relationships, and integration with data sources like SQL Server, Microsoft Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Version Control. Experience using version control systems like Git or SVN.
