Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development. Design, build, and maintain robust backend solutions using Node.js and TypeScript.
2. API Development. Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable seamless communication between services.
3. Database Management. Work with a variety of database technologies including DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
4. Cloud Computing. Leverage AWS cloud services to build scalable and resilient applications.
5. Event-Driven Architecture. Implement event-driven microservices using technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS to handle large data streams and real-time processing.
6. Security Implementation. Apply best security practices, especially for e-commerce applications, ensuring data privacy and protection.
7. CI/CD & Testing. Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines; automate testing processes to ensure high-quality code and rapid deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Experience. 6-7 years in backend development, with a strong focus on Node.js.
2. Proficiency in TypeScript. Ability to write and maintain code with enhanced type safety and readability.
3. API Knowledge. Extensive experience in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
4. Database Expertise. Proficiency in managing databases such as DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
5. Cloud Services (AWS). Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
6. Event-Driven Frameworks. Familiarity with Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS for event-driven processing.
7. Security Principles. Knowledge of applying security best practices within e-commerce platforms.
8. CI/CD Pipelines. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.
