As a UX/UI Designer at CSC, you'll be a pivotal part of our design team, responsible for crafting user-centered designs that drive exceptional experiences across our digital products and services. Your role will involve a mix of usability research, design system implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions are intuitive, engaging, and meet user needs.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct Usability Reviews/User Research. Gather insights through usability studies and user feedback to guide design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
2. Create Wireframes and Prototypes. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
3. Collaborate with Teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions and alignment with project goals.
4. Implement and Maintain Design Systems. Establish and uphold design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across all products.
5. Iterate Based on Feedback. Refine and improve designs based on user feedback and usability testing results to continuously enhance user experience.
6. Stay Updated with Industry Trends. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UX design and usability to drive innovation.

Requirements

1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. Experience. 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products or services.
3. Portfolio. Strong portfolio demonstrating usability principles, design systems, and proficiency with Figma.
4. Design Tools Proficiency. Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
5. User-Centered Design. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
6. Communication and Collaboration. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Agile Experience. Experience with agile development processes is a plus.
