Phases of the Internship

1. Initial Phase

   • Duration: 1 month
   • Commitment: 10 hours/week (including weekends)
   • Compensation: Unpaid
   • Focus: Exploring Web3 & AI technologies while contributing to foundational tasks.
   • Selection: Performance evaluation at the end of the month to select the top 7 students for the full internship phase.

2. Full Internship Phase (For Selected Students)

   • Duration: 5 months
   • Commitment: 20 hours/week (including weekends)
   • Compensation: ?3,000/month stipend
   • Outcome: Certification upon successful completion.

3. Post-Internship Career Opportunity

   • Outstanding performers will be considered for permanent roles within the marketing department.
   • Starting Salary: ?15,000/month (minimum), with the potential for higher based on internship performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

As an intern with Sharp Innovation Foundation, you will:

• Collaborate with conference organizers and Web3 & AI communities to establish partnerships.
• Attend local events to network and build meaningful connections.
• Manage and expand the organization’s social media presence.
• Write blogs and news articles on Web3 & AI developments.
• Create engaging technical videos and reels for social platforms.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote Web3 & AI initiatives.
