We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage and optimize our SalesForce and HubSpot platforms to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance our sales and marketing efforts. Collaborating closely with our Demand Center and Sales Operations teams, you will play a critical role in integrating and optimizing these platforms, improving workflows, and fostering adoption to maximize marketing efficiency.
Responsibilities
CRM & Marketing Automation Tool Management
- Customize and configure modules, workflows, and processes to align with sales and marketing objectives.
- Manage marketing automation strategies within HubSpot, including lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and email marketing campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and Marketing Automation Tool (MAT) issues, collaborating with internal teams and platform support as necessary.
Sales and Marketing Dashboards
- Design, develop, and implement interactive and visually appealing sales and marketing dashboards using HubSpot and Salesforce reporting and analytics tools.
- Gather and analyze key performance metrics to provide insights on sales funnel efficiency, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis, empowering stakeholders with actionable data.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Perform in-depth data analysis and ad-hoc reporting, delivering meaningful findings to management.
- Regularly generate performance reports for sales and marketing teams, presenting clear and concise summaries of results and recommended actions.
CRM and MAT Optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to identify CRM and MAT process gaps and areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement enhancements to CRM and MAT workflows and automation to streamline processes and increase overall team productivity.
Training and Support
- Provide training sessions and documentation to onboard new users on CRM and MAT functionalities and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to CRM and MAT users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce as a CRM/MAT Manager, Analyst, or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in building sales and marketing dashboards within HubSpot and Salesforce environments.
- Proficiency in data extraction and analytics techniques for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 7-10 years of experience in the sales and marketing domain, with a deep understanding of key sales and marketing metrics and challenges.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, marketing technology, and project management.
