As a Manager (O2C) - BI Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions. Your mission is to align these solutions with our business objectives and data strategies, ensuring they drive meaningful impact across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect and Implement BI Solutions. Lead the design and execution of comprehensive BI and analytics solutions, ensuring they align with our business goals and data strategies.
2. Collaborate and Translate Requirements. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into scalable BI architectures.
3. Develop Data Models and Dashboards. Create robust data models, dashboards, and reports using front-end BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
4. Optimize Back-End Infrastructure. Design and optimize data warehousing and ETL processes using platforms like SQL, Azure, and Snowflake.
5. Technical Leadership. Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in data management, integration, and visualization are followed.
6. Evaluate and Innovate. Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating and recommending new BI tools and technologies to enhance our analytical capabilities.
7. Ensure Data Accuracy. Implement best practices in data governance and quality control to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and security of our BI solutions.
8. Troubleshoot and Optimize. Lead the troubleshooting and optimization of BI systems, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and performant.
9. Manage Projects. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and business needs.

What You Bring

1. Experience. Approximately 10 years in business intelligence, with a strong focus on BI architecture and analytical solutions.
2. Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. Technical Expertise. Proficiency in front-end BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik, with a proven ability to create intuitive data visualizations. Strong knowledge of back-end platforms including SQL, Azure, and Snowflake, with experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
4. Proven Architect. Experience designing and integrating complex analytical solutions that effectively combine front-end and back-end technologies.
5. Communication Skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Problem-Solving Abilities. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
7. Data Governance. Experience in data governance, data security, and ensuring data accuracy within BI solutions.
8. Project Management. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and organizational skills.
