As an AI/ML Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. You will work with a variety of techniques, including deep learning and natural language processing (NLP), and contribute to projects that push the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. NLP Solutions Development. Design and implement NLP solutions for text classification, entity extraction, and semantic search using libraries like NLTK and SpaCy.
2. Machine Learning Expertise. Utilize your deep knowledge of Python programming and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch to build and deploy models.
3. Prompt Engineering. Leverage Langchain to engineer prompts for generative AI platforms, including AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, and Google Vertex AI.
4. Cloud Platform Proficiency. Demonstrate extensive experience in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and its associated machine learning services (e.g., AWS Comprehend, Textract, SageMaker).
5. DevSecOps Practices. Apply DevSecOps principles and best practices for deployment, utilizing CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams in a global and diverse environment.
7. AI/ML Standards & Ethics. Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and ethical guidelines for AI/ML initiatives.
8. Communication Skills. Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Analytical Mindset. Utilize solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to balance innovation with pragmatism.
10. Continuous Learning. Stay updated with the latest trends and research in AI and ML, demonstrating a passion for lifelong learning.
