As an Lead Application Architect at Accenture, you will be at the forefront of our application development efforts. You will take the lead in designing, building, and configuring applications, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations. Acting as the primary point of contact for the project, you will work closely with multiple teams across the organization to drive successful project delivery, solve complex problems, and make key decisions that shape the direction of the project. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, analysts, and engineers, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines.
• Oversee the project delivery process, making key decisions on technology, resources, and timelines.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, motivating the team and addressing any roadblocks to keep the project on track.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, both with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead the effort to design and configure software applications using the latest technologies, particularly Syniti ADM for SAP.
• Ensure that the design and architecture of applications align with industry best practices and meet business requirements.
• Ensure the quality of applications by overseeing the implementation of rigorous testing procedures and optimizing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical architects, and quality assurance teams, to deliver well-rounded solutions.
• Contribute to the overall strategy of the project and offer insights into potential improvements or innovations.
• Be involved in client interactions, understanding their pain points, and proposing solutions that meet their needs.
• Serve as the go-to expert for problem-solving, guiding the team through complex technical challenges.
• Provide innovative solutions to challenges faced by both your immediate team and other teams across the organization.
• Lead troubleshooting and debugging sessions to resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to the project timeline.
• Leverage statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to analyze and draw insights from data.
• Guide the team in implementing machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering for client-specific needs.
• Work with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to create actionable insights and reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Must-Have Skills

1. Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP. Extensive hands-on experience with Syniti ADM and expertise in SAP applications and platforms.
2. Machine Learning & Statistical Analysis. Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and practical experience implementing machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, decision trees, clustering).
3. Data Visualization. Proficient in using Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools to represent complex data insights.
4. SQL & Data Management. Strong background in writing complex SQL queries and managing large datasets, ensuring high data integrity and quality.
5. Application Development. Experience with building and configuring applications end-to-end, from design through to deployment and support.

Good to Have Skills

1. Consumer Goods and Services. Understanding of the consumer goods and services industry will be advantageous, as it will help in understanding the nuances of client needs.
2. SAP Integration. Experience in integrating SAP with other business systems or platforms.
3. Cloud Platforms. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to design scalable and secure applications.

Qualifications

1. Experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Syniti ADM for SAP, machine learning, and application development.
2. Educational Qualification. 15 years of full-time education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and post-graduate education or professional certifications are a plus).
3. Communication Skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and clients.
4. Problem-Solving Abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
