Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development. Develop, design, and implement robust software solutions using Java and Spring Boot following industry best practices.
2. Collaborative Analysis. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical guidance to drive quality software solutions.
3. Architectural Contribution. Contribute to software architecture that aligns with best practices, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and security.
4. Code Quality Assurance. Participate in code reviews to uphold codebase quality and maintainability.
5. Technical Issue Resolution. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, supporting team members as needed.
6. Industry Awareness. Stay informed on industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into development processes.
7. Documentation & Support. Create and maintain documentation such as technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting guides.
8. QA Collaboration. Partner with QA teams to ensure that software meets all quality standards and requirements.
9. Production Support. Join on-call rotations to support production applications, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Java Expertise. 3+ years of Java development experience, with a strong understanding of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related frameworks.
3. System Design Skills. Experience in designing and implementing software systems, particularly microservices and distributed systems.
4. Methodology Knowledge. Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
5. Problem-Solving Skills. Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
6. Communication Skills. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
7. CI/CD Tools. Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.
8. Database Knowledge. Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
9. Cloud Platforms. Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
10. Language Proficiency. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
