Experience. 5 to 9 years

Responsibilities

1. Design and Development. Contribute to designing and developing software solutions within our expansive architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
2. Agile DevOps Environment. Work in a fully Agile DevOps setting, focusing on delivering functionality, documentation, unit tests, and integration tests.
3. Technical Leadership. Guide and mentor junior developers, providing support throughout the software development lifecycle.
4. Process Improvement. Follow coding guidelines and actively contribute to refining technical processes and standards.
5. Technical Estimation. Develop and estimate technical work, analyze requirements for new features, and integrate new technologies into our cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications

1. Experience. Proven track record in fast-paced, agile software development environments.
2. Technical Expertise. Strong proficiency in Java, particularly in microservices architecture, with hands-on experience in XML Web Services, SOAP, REST, and security considerations.
3. Code Design. Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
4. Databases. Experience with relational databases; familiarity with MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and MariaDB is advantageous.
5. API Integration. Ability to understand API specifications and integrate functionalities effectively.
6. Technologies. Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes; familiarity with full-stack development including Angular, Apache Webserver, Apache Tomcat, and MS SQL Server or similar stacks.
7. Networking Knowledge. Good grasp of networking concepts and their application.
8. Version Control. Experience with version control systems, preferably GIT.
9. Project Coordination. Strong skills in project coordination and technical estimation.
10. Communication. Excellent communication skills, especially in a multicultural and remote environment.
