We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team for one of our leading product-based clients. As a Java Developer at HCL Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the future of digital innovation. Your expertise in Java development will contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of critical applications, ensuring seamless performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Java Expertise. Utilize your proficiency in core Java and J2EE to develop robust and scalable solutions for our clients.
2. Framework Proficiency. Demonstrate expertise in Java Spring, Jersey, and Hibernate frameworks to architect efficient and maintainable codebases.
3. Advanced Java Concepts. Leverage your knowledge of advanced Java concepts such as RMI and Multi-Threading to address complex development challenges.
4. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Design and implement service-oriented architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
5. Networking Protocols. Apply your understanding of networking protocols to facilitate protocol development, with a preference for experience in diameter protocols.
6. Application Maintenance. Sustain the SP-Wifi Application by proactively identifying and resolving defects, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
7. Performance Tuning. Implement performance tuning strategies to optimize application performance and enhance user experience.
8. Deployment Support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide inputs for designing and sizing deployments, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
9. Customer Engagement. Handle customer escalations and engage in live debugging sessions to address critical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6 to 15 years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
• Experience with Java Spring, Jersey, Hibernate, and JSP.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and networking protocols.
• Familiarity with diameter protocols is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Secondary Skills

• Familiarity with Diameter Protocols (Gx, Rx, Sy, Sd, etc.).
• Experience with any database technology.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMWare.
• Proficiency in REST API, JSON, and RPC programming.
