Key Responsibilities

Design Excellence

• Develop visually stunning and effective designs, layouts, and presentations tailored to a variety of audiences.
• Create compelling presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint that incorporate visuals, charts, infographics, and engaging layouts.
• Understand the latest PowerPoint trends, design elements, and animation techniques to produce modern and impactful presentations.

Content Development

• Design mailers, newsletters, icons, and other communication materials aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that communicate the intended message effectively.

Brand Alignment

• Ensure all designs align with our company's brand guidelines, goals, and values.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, and design aesthetics across all deliverables.

Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to create designs that resonate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide creative solutions and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or related roles.
• Strong expertise in.
  • Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for graphic creation and manipulation.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint for creating dynamic and professional presentations.
• A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design aesthetics to craft visually cohesive content.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects for basic video editing and motion graphics is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively in a corporate environment.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and creative departments is preferred.
