Job Description

We're looking for a motivated colleague to join our Portfolio team as an Account Development Executive (ADC). In this role, you'll drive billings and revenue by nurturing relationships with our high net-worth customers, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound consultation and business development with our premium customers.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Ensure customer retention while optimizing costs.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels.
  • Increase share of wallet through upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
  • Act as a consultant to customers, providing tailored solutions based on their needs.
  • Adhere to company values, sales practices, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in managing and growing engagement with premium customers.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong team player comfortable with change and ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving results.
  • Sales mindset with the ability to meet targets.
  • Familiarity with premium card products.
