We're looking for a motivated colleague to join our Portfolio team as an Account Development Executive (ADC). In this role, you'll drive billings and revenue by nurturing relationships with our high net-worth customers, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound consultation and business development with our premium customers.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Identify trends and opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Ensure customer retention while optimizing costs.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels.
- Increase share of wallet through upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Act as a consultant to customers, providing tailored solutions based on their needs.
- Adhere to company values, sales practices, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in managing and growing engagement with premium customers.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong team player comfortable with change and ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving results.
- Sales mindset with the ability to meet targets.
- Familiarity with premium card products.
